The TE has been able to reserve small number of superior rooms at the spectacular Parador Resort hotel during Presidents’ week 2010. We can only hold these rooms for a short time so you must act fast. These superior rooms are in great demand and we can hold them only until August 6th. Email us or call immediately if you would like to get away from the cold this winter and spend a week in paradise.

The trip price includes R/T flights on Delta Airlines superior rooms double occupancy at the 4+ star Parador Boutique Resort Hotel in Manual Antionio, buffet breakfast daily, two dinners, a sailboard or catamaran excursion and visit to Manuel Antonio National Park. Tips for driver and guides will also be included.

The spectacular Parador hotel in the Manuel Antonio Area will be our base for the week. This hotel is located above the town with fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. The hotel has two swimming pools where you can lounge for hours gazing at the incredible views while sipping on your favorite cocktail. The 12 acre resort has lush gardens and mysterious jungle areas, where you are almost guaranteed to see some of the most abundant wildlife, such as white-faced and titi-monkeys, sloths, iguanas, coudamandas, and many species of birds.

Our included visit to Manuel Antonio National Park with a local naturalist guide will show us why it is one of the most beautiful and bio-diverse areas in the world. The park contains a combination of rain forest, beaches, and coral reefs, the beaches. The most beautiful in the country, are lined by a lush forest. The forest is home for sloths, iguanas, the rare and adorable squirrel monkeys and millions of colorful little crabs.

Our sail adventure will begin as we go down the scenic coast past beautiful beaches and the islands of Manuel Antonio National Park. As the boat glides quietly under sail you’ll probably see dolphins, which frequently swim in the boat’s bow wake. Occasional whales, and giant turtles are a special thrill, and even the most avid wildlife enthusiast enjoys the ever-present abundance of sea birds. If we take the sunset cruise one of the dinners will be on board and you will be served plentiful portions of delicious food and cool drinks. It may even be possible to enjoy a spectacular sunset while on the boat.

There are many other activities for different interests that one can choose to participate in depending on how adventurous you are and your physical strengths. The TE will help to arrange the ones that you might be interested in. We have not included the strenuous activities in the cost so that travelers will not be charged for tours that they will not be able to participate in. Tours available include, scuba diving, canopy tour, horseback riding, jet ski tours, mangrove kayaking, ocean kayaking, whitewater rafting, and sports fishing excursions.

The services at the Parador include bell-boy and golf cart service, shuttle service to Manuel Antonio town and beach, ice machines, free high speed internet throughout public areas, washing and drying machines.
